Virtual IVR

Hi all,

I am looking for a reliable provider of virtual phone numbers with an IVR at the back end.

Will probably need a national rate number which when dialled, will answer with a customised greeting and can then offer callers a custom selection of options (not many, probably about 4 options) that will then direct the call to other phone numbers (either landline or mobile).

If the service can be configured to provide a 'we are now closed' message between configurable days/times, that would also be great.

Lastly, mustn't be to expensive and ideally a pricing structure that minimises surprise/variable costs.

Any pros and cons I should look out for ?
Anyone used this before and has recommendations ?
